Training opportunities
The Leadership Academy delivers six nationally recognised Skills for Care training opportunities, including three programmes and three modules for current and aspiring adult social care leaders.
We are endorsed as a Quality Assured Care Learning Service training provider for these training opportunities.
Programmes running over several dates:

We offer open sessions at our city centre training venue which are bookable via the PAL system, or can deliver bespoke training within your organisation for a minimum of 10 staff members.

Costs
The below fees apply but it is possible to claim back the full amount from the Adult Social Care Learning and Development Support Scheme (subject to the availability of funding):

Programmes: £525 per person (delivered in Leeds) / £600 per person (delivered outside Leeds)

Modules: £135 per person (all delivery locations)
Many social care providers are VAT‑exempt, but if VAT is applicable to your organisation, course fees will include VAT at the standard rate.
You may be able to reclaim the full cost of these training programmes and modules through the Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS). For step‑by‑step information on eligibility and how to claim, view the LDSS Quick Guide.

Leeds Registered Managers Network
The Registered Managers Network offers a valuable space for managers to connect, share ideas, and gain advice from peers. It helps you to explore potential changes, learn from others’ experiences, and gather inspiration from what is working well in similar services.
