The first ever National strategy for Adult Social Care in England has been launched. The strategy was developed by Skills for Care in collaboration with partners across the sector, including people who draw on care and support.
For the first time ever, there will be a national care career pathway setting out clearly defined roles and routes for professional development in the Adult Care sector.
