Research in 2021 by Benenden Health found 23% of women who have been unwell as a result of the menopause have left jobs and a poll by the Fawcett Society reported that a quarter of employees currently experiencing the menopause said their experience has made them more likely to leave the workforce before retirement.

Our free training offer is only available to social care providers that support individuals living in Leeds.
Our traded leadership and management training offer is open to all social care providers.
Is your organisation registered?
