This course is designed to introduce Adult Social Care staff to the hazards and risks involved with working alone and to identify methods of reducing and controlling those risks.

The course will provide an overview on how to manage your own personal safety when facing violence or behaviours that challenge through effective communication and de-escalation techniques.

Eligibility

Our free training offer is only available to social care providers that support individuals living in Leeds.

Our traded leadership and management training offer is open to all social care providers.

Is your organisation registered?
